Illagers still have an unused hood texture

Summary:
In the Java version MC-162038, the unused hood texture for evokers, vindicators and witches has been removed, but it is still present in the bedrock.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find the texture witch.png, vindicator.png, evoker.png in minecraft files.
2. Examine the texture for unused parts (hood texture).

Observed results:
The files contain hood textures that are not used in the game and are removed in the Java version.

Expected results:
There will be no unused textures.
