Empty Slot Icons is Smaller than the Actual Items in the Pocket UI.

Screens Affected:

1. Smithing Table Screen
2. Element Constructor Screen (Education Edition)
3. Brewing Stand
4. Rideable Entity Screen

How to reproduce:

1. Switch to the Pocket UI
2. Go to one of these Screens
3. Grab an Item to put into that Empty Slot
4. Observe the Empty Slot Icon Smaller than the Actual Item Itself

Observed Results: The Empty Slot Icons is smaller than the Actual Items

Expected Results: The Empty Slot Icons should be the Same Size as the Item Itself
