The Enchant Button does not Highlight when Hovered (Pocket UI)

The Enchant Button does not Highlight when Hovered with a Mouse or a Controller.

How to reproduce:

1. Switch to the Pocket UI
2. Go to the Enchantment Screen
3. Hover over the Enchant Button (the big button with an arrow on it)
4. Observe the Button not highlighting

Observed Results: The button doesn't highlight green when Hovered Over

Expected Results: The button should highlight green when Hovered Over
