No hand animation when repairing iron golem with iron ingot

When you're repairing the iron golem with the iron ingot, the hand animation doesn't play at all, which is a parity issue with Java, where the hand animation does play when repairing the iron golem.

How to Reproduce
1. Hit the iron golem a couple of times.
2. Repair the golem.

Observed Result
The hand animation doesn't play and it doesn't swing like on Java.

Expected Result
The hand animation play like on Java as expected.
