Screen Reader reads the screen that you are on 3 times after Tabbing Out & Back into the game

Screen Reader reads the screen that you are on 3 times after Tabbing Out & Back into the game. This Bug does not affect the Achievements Screens.

How to reproduce:

1. Turn On Screen Reader in the Accessibility Settings
2. Go back to the Main Menu
3. Tab Out & Back into the Game
4. Observe the Screen Reader saying the screens name 3 times

Observed Results: The Screen Reader says the screens name 3 times at once

Expected Results: The Screen Reader should only say the Screens Name only once
