Minecarts speed change

I've been playing the same world and up to yesterday everything was fine. Next time I logged on the minecarts speeds has changed to 25%, doesn't matter if downhill or using powered rails. 

 

I tried:

• saving and exiting the game en then entered the game again
• Copying the game, slow speed there as well
• Shutdown the ps5, leaving it off for an extended time and starting the game again
• Checked other savegame, speed is normal there
• Tried making a new rails track, that was slow as well
