Tridents and arrows lodged in the side of blocks fall off when reloaded

Steps to reproduce

1. Throw a trident into the side of a block.
2. Relog, or travel to a different dimension and back.

Expected result

The trident is still lodged into the side of the block.

Observed result

The trident falls off of the block when reloaded. If you reload it quickly enough you can see it fall: https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/attachment/453069/453069_Dislodges+when+ticked.mp4

Note

This bug began to occur in 1.17.30 and was described in comments on MCPE-141539, but we did not know if the fix for tridents falling in the void would fix this issue also. It did not.
