Crashes Related to RTX Shader Resource packs

The game can crash in multiple ways when you are using RTX shaders, all related to when the game is attempting to load them in.

1. When enabled from the settings menu
2. When restarting the game after closing the game without saving
3. When restarting the game after crash 1
4. When enabling RTX by pressing ";"

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get an RTX shader resource pack
2. Enable the resource pack (crash 1)
3. Open a world press ";" to enable RTX and toggle it a few times (crash 4)
4. close the game by pressing alt+f4 (Crash 2)
