Command Block tick delay issue

I have only encountered this bug while in 1.18, all before commands worked smoothly. But now whenever I use a command block with a tick delay powered by redstone, it doesnt seem to work and it becomes tricky to make it function. Please fix this, or tell me what is happening here because It broke a lot of my command block builds. While I can't show you a visual because of file limiting, please test this.
