Marketplace Error Code S-0,

If i try to open the Marketplace and wait for a few seconds, i get this screen:
(see: Screenshot 15). Translated it means something like this:
"Actually we can't connect to the Marketplace. Please try again later. Error Code: S-0,"
Also, if I restart Minecraft, my chosen skins are deleted, so I don't have a skin after opening Minecraft.
I tried to disconnect and connect to the Internet and restarted my PC, but nothing helped.
