Error Code Crossbow, I don't want to delete my save data.

I would like to backup my Minecraft worlds and put them on my PC and not delete them, but I can't log into my Microsoft account. It says I've successfully logged into my account on my account activity, but I can't access Realms or anything. Yesterday I kept getting Error Code Creeper. I was able to sign in on Windows 10 Edition, but not on Switch.
