Player names and named mobs text sometimes displayed behind some blocks

Summary:
Nicknames, inscriptions from command blocks, renamed items in a frame sometimes (in some positions) can be displayed behind translucent blocks and behind rails.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create inscriptions (invite a friend, rename the item and place it in the frame, use command blocks).
2. Place semi-transparent blocks, rails next to the inscription.
3. Move a little away from the inscription, change your position (up, down).

Observed results:
The inscriptions will appear behind the placed blocks.

Expected results:
Inscriptions will appear correctly (in front of blocks), not behind placed blocks.
