Keyboard and mouse support on iOS

The keyboard and mouse on iOS just doesn’t work 

I watched multiple YouTube videos on how to fix it and they don’t give any results like it should be 

a controller works perfectly fine but when I try to use keyboard and mouse it doesn’t work
