Can't import content

I buy a world or skin and when I go to download it downloads the content but it freezes on the import content screen and stays at 0 percent. I have deleted and reinstalled the game I have checked for updates and even deleted other games to make sure I had enough memory but certain things I have purchased it keeps doing the same thing.
