mob inside the spawner disappear(AGAIN)

(if there are misstakes in english, sorry) When some time passes with the spawner the mob just dissapears(the spawner becomes empty) it was on both just a world and realms(it was a realms for 10 people) on 1.18.1 it was ok but when i updated and again time passes the mob dissapeard and the same for the survival world. sorry if it is duplicated, but i seached and the bug was "solved"
