Empty raid bar won't go away and I'm unable to start more raids.

I was afk during a raid and accidentally closed Minecraft.  When I rejoined, the raid bar was empty.  It didn't say how many raiders were left and it didn't say raid-victory.  I'm not sure if the raid was over.  I got bad omen again but no raid started.  I drank milk to get rid of the hero of the village effect but I was still unable to start a new raid.  I left the world and rejoined but whenever I enter the village the empty raid bar comes back.

Observed result:

The empty raid bar doesn't go away, preventing another raid from starting.

Expected result:

After a raid is over, the raid bar goes away and another raid is able to be started.
