Armor Stands are pushed by water if block next to armor stand is broken

Armour Stands moving Magically.

 

Steps To Reproduce- Place an armour stand underwater (at least 1 block deep) then place a block in front of the armour stand the break the block.

Result- The armour stand moves towards the place where the block was placed

Expected result- Armour stand would not move
