missing founder's cape

i had the cape in my inventory, i had downloaded it from the store if I recall correctly, and it vanished from inventory and i can't find it between my capes! I have seen it everywhere and thought i should tell you, because i thought it was for a limited time then it goes away, but it was still on my skin. I have it there below, and it was on my account! as in, i had changed devices and all and it was still mine. but it vanished when i decided to update to 1.17 I hope you are able to retrieve it for me.
