Lots of packs i have bought in the past seem to be missing their skins

MIni game heroes skin pack, deep sea mash-up pack, and Legacy skin pack, all packs that i have purchased and used to use all the time suddenly stoped working. Its not that i dont own them it that the skins litrelly don't appear at all.
