My world doesnt lag but everything donot work at once

Hey mojang, after changing the name of my minecraft world to null spm, its start to break blocks, pickingup blocks, throwing blocks very slowly, even night also reverse and iam not able to sleep, furnace work slowly and iam not able to eat food, breaking any type of blocks at once
