Having trouble with my realm working

i am using realms on the free trial and made my own realm for freinds to play on and i cannot upload or replace or download worlds on or off of it. I most of the time cannot play on the realm as it does not load. i get many timeouts when trying to do anything to the realm and cant even delete it and try to make a new one.
