Villagers and trades disappear

I got mending on a villager and locked in the trade then i came back and the villager wasnt selling the book anymore. So i restarted the game to see if that would fix it and all the villagers disapeared. This is only one of the many bug which came with the cave update part 2, i hope it gets fixed
