The Button Highlight for Locked Items on the Rewards Screen is off centered by one pixel compared to the rest.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Rewards Screen by Pressing the View Upcoming Button in the Marketplace
2. Highlight an Unlocked Character Creator or Map Reward
3. Observe The Button Highlight
4. Highlight a Locked Character Creator Item
5. Observe the Button Highlight off centered by one pixel

Observed Results: The Button Highlight is off centered downwards by one pixel

Expected Results: The Button Highlight should be properly centered matching the rest
