I have lost one enchanted helmet and two enchanted peaks without knowing how they disappeared

I was playing Minecraft like an ordinary day but when I entered my house and placed two enchanted pickaxes and one enchanted helmet in three frames and decided to save the game and leave, when I returned to enter I found out that I no longer had neither the pickaxes nor the helmet hanging on the frames and were not found inside the house nor any chest. I would be very grateful if you can look up this bug because I lost three enchanted items without being my fault. Thanks
