V1.18 on Mobile: 2 bugs- one more annoying while the other is aesthetic

Bug #1: I play on Mobile and I am consistently having the issue of my boat disappearing when I get out. I have to exit my world, then reopen it to get the boat to load back in. I can't necessarily capture a screenshot of this happening, so I'm hoping it can be replicated for validation to be fixed, as this is genuinely become a nuisance and annoyance while playing.

Bug #2: Texture bug. Water sources are layered OVER rain particles. This one was captured in screenshot (image attached).
