Minecraft world was unplayable and laggy after the 1.18 update

• It is laggy to the point of being unplayable
• The minecraft world is above 800 mb of space, not sure how much it was before this newest update
• The whole world is laggy, but it is a lot more laggy at some points
• At the highest lag areas it takes a very long time for pressure plates to work, to eat, etc.
• These all are problems everywhere in the world, but just a lot worse in certain places
• Already tried restarting the xbox, checking the wifi, and resetting
• Things work fine on other worlds and servers
• This happens during single player and multiplayer
• I also tried AFKing on the world in case chunks just needed to load, it didn't help at all
