Items and mobs disappear

My world that I’ve been working on with my fellow friends was affected when the 1.18 caves and cliffs part two came out. As a result all of the villagers in out town disappeared, as well as all our animals (cows, dogs, pigs, chickens, sheep) as well as in the trophy room our armour stands vanished with the dragon head, Electra, armour,
