Sidebar is missing from Character Creator and Marketplace

Sidebar is missing from Character Creator and Marketplace. The sidebar is still on some devices, but on most devices the sidebar is missing.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to settings
2. Change Screen safe area
3. Set it to 0.0
4. Go to the Character Creator and Marketplace
5. Observe a black line where the sidebar should be

Observed Results: The sidebar is missing

Expected Results: The sidebar should be there, even with the Screen Safe area set to normal
