Player name is not displayed above the paper doll in the pause menu when using Pocket UI

Summary:
On Android, the player's name is not displayed above the paper doll in the pause menu when using Pocket UI. On Windows, it is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft on Android
2. Go to Settings > Video
3. Set the UI Profile to Pocket
4. Open a world
5. Open the pause menu

Observed Results:
The player's name is not displayed above the paper doll.

Expected Results:
The player's name should be displayed above the paper doll, just like in Classic UI.
