Reload skins failed every time after the update

Every time when updating minecraft beta versions or returning to the official update, I lose my skin with the emotes that I arranged and the cape. The reload always fails, and when you press the reload button, it also fails. You also need to delete it every time and rearrange everything from the beginning.
