Purchased skins goes into the Owned Tab twice

Purchased skins goes into the Owned Tab twice, you will need to be on the Classic Skins tab in order to reproduce this bug.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Classic Skins tab in the Character Creator
2. Click on the Get More tab
3. Buy a Skin Pack
4. Go to the Owned Tab
5. Observe the purchased skin pack on the top of your Owned Skins
6. Scroll down
7. Observe the purchased skin pack in its proper spot after you scrolled down

Observed Results: The purchased skin pack goes into the owned tab twice, leaving one on the very top (Bug), and one in its proper spot on the Owned Tab (Expected).

Expected Results: The purchased skin pack should only appear once in its proper spot on the Owned Tab.
