Picture Profile by Username

When ever I sign in with a Nintendo Account and Microsoft Account that button location says my username, but the problem is the Picture left of the username, jaybirdj1122, shows 2 Purple and 2 black squares in a form all together in 1 suqare instead of a actual profile image!
