Game Crashed while trying to ride horse out of a boat and both horse and tamed parrot disappeared

Today as I had a tamed horse with a saddle on my boat and a pet gray parrot on my shoulder as I was trying to ride out of the boat on my horse my game Crashed andwhen I logged back in both my horse and parrot disappeared along with my boat
