Any time I jump out of a boat it will either glitch out and come back after a few seconds, or it will disappear all together and I have to create a new boat. This only happens after I jump out.

My Minecraft is using the 1.18.2 update and has been recently having issues with the boats. Any time I jump out of a boat it will either glitch out and come back after a few seconds, or it will disappear all together and I have to create a new boat. This only happens after I jump out. I tried to look up something similar but the last thing I could find was back in 2017. Thank you for the help.
