Breaking double tall plants in survival briefly renders the sunflower stem

When breaking a two-block tall plant (ex. double tallgrass) in survival mode, right before it disappears it appears as two sunflower stems.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a two-block plant (e.g. tall grass).
2. Break the placed plant.

Observed results:
A second before the plant breaks, the texture will be replaced with a sunflower and the particles from the break will be like a sunflower.

Expected results:
The texture will not change to the texture of the sunflower, and the particles from the breaking will be like from the corresponding plant.
