Pressing "Create New" button and loading a new world displays content log warning

Summary:
When the "Create New" button in the world selection menu is pressed for the first time since launching the game, a content log warning is displayed. The same content log warning is also displayed when loading a new world.

This was not an issue in 1.18.10.21 Beta.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Close Minecraft
2. Reopen Minecraft
3. Go to Settings > Creator
4. Enable "Content Log GUI" and "Content Log FIle"
5. Go to the world selection menu
6. Press the "Create New" button
7. Press the "Create New World" button
8. Press the "Create" button

Observed Results:
A content log warning is displayed when pressing the "Create New" button and when loading a new world.

Expected Results:
No content log warning should be displayed.
