Open the game prompt Unable to load characters and unable to load roles

When I just entered the game, it prompts that character 2 cannot be loaded. When I tried to refresh in the locker room prompts that character 2 cannot be loaded. Uninstalling and reinstalling cannot solve this problem. Network problems have also been ruled out. Re-logging in to the account cannot solve this problem.
