Scaffolding renders darker when falling

Summary:
Scaffolding renders darker when falling. This is not an issue in 1.18.2 Hotifx, at least on Android.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build a pillar
2. Place scaffolding on the side of the pillar

Observed Results:
The scaffolding renders darker when falling.

Expected Results:
Scaffolding should not render darker when falling.
