New External File Directory Issue

Because of the new directory of game files after clearing my phone's cache the files also gets cleared this makes my worlds to be deleted , my game settings to be reset and installed custom resource packs to be removed. Pls just return the external game files to their old directory or make them not marked as cache if possible
