Conection or Ping

I can't connect to the servers, it doesn't matter if I'm on wi-fi or using 4G on my cell phone. I usually use 4G more. they are always minimally pinged. and I bought the game to play with my daughter. I play heavier games than Minecraft without a problem. already tried using DNS and VPN also did not work.
