I can’t play on any Minecraft server.

Even before the recent “Caves and cliffs update” (Part 2) was released, I had trouble getting on any server after i updated, I wasn’t so worried about it recently, thinking it would be fixed on 1.18.0, but it wasn’t. I tried to connect to any featured server, and it’ll say “Connecting to external Server” for a 2-3 minutes straight but won’t do anything. And then it will say “connection timed out”. I tried on multiple WiFi connections in different areas and it still does not work.
