Invisible blocks (maybe lava) spread around caves

Have found some "empty" blocks that just by touching them I take huge damage, similar to steeping on magma blocks, but worse and there is no magma block. I did notice it happens only near lava, as it's damage effect was extended, even through solid blocks.
