Scaffold's not updating pass y0.

I was building in the cave while using the scaffolding. But when I went to break the scaffolding they didn't fully fall. The issue happens when the scaffolding passes y0 from y-#.

In the video below shows what's happening Deepslate= below 0 stone= above 0.
