Cannot unlink Microsoft account when signed out

So my friend made my microsoft account for my playstation and i just recently got logged out of my microsoft account and i do not know the email or password so i tryed to unlink my account but the button disappears when i got logged of of my microsoft account so i have to create a whole new psn just to play servers
