Can't load terrain

Minecraft I have a problem with the terrain loading up
Last week I got my first elytra and when I was using it the world/terrain
Would not load up I think there is a bug in 1.18.2 of the terrain not loading
up Even when I am walking ,the terrain does not load up it becomes worse
when I try to go to new areas to find big mountains it takes a while for the
terrain to load up and feels so boring if I can't see new terrain or fly with my
elytra
