Falling particles on moving blocks by pistons are null'd sometimes

I built a bouncer, I tried dripstone, but he turned to item, then I played on that but, again, found weird fall damage particles. Anyways, I'm 100 percent sure about the texture of this partile says 'update!' Do you still know that invalid block, Mojang?
