Nothing working at all since world creator update

I updated one of my worlds to the new  world update (1.18). It loaded fine and I used it for a bit. The next time I did anything else at all (as in five minutes later)  the game crashed. I did a corrupted data check. Some was found so I re-downloaded the data. It has crashed instantly and continually since,  and now I can't even open the game. It just keeps telling me to report it here. So I am.  Help!!
