I might be getting hacked or my Minecraft world was getting hacked or might just be a glitch but idk!

When I was playing on my Minecraft world called "Rando World" because its my random world whenever I sneaked and I wasn't pressing the sneak button It seemed like I was spamming the sneak button but I wasn't even touching my screen plus it won't let me place blocks in creative mode anymore and I'm in operator whenever I try to break a block it disappears and then reappears after a few seconds.
