Character creator skins appear as Steve on servers

All character creator skins appear as Steve (or one of the server's default skins) on servers

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have a character creator skin equipped (not an imported skin)
  2. Join a server (Cubecraft Bedrock, the Hive, etc.)
  3. Have a friend (or someone you know that can share the results with you) join that server

Observed Results:

You will see your skin as your character creator skin you made (with F5 or the paper doll), but other people will see your skin as Steve (possibly with a yellow t-shirt) or as one of the default skins of the server.

Expected Results:

Other people will see your character creator skin

This does not affect imported skins, nor does it affect skins from the marketplace.
