Blocks break but item doesn’t drop

I have an old world that I copied to update into 1.18 which worked fine and now with the new hot fix update when I break blocks the item doesn’t drop. Also can’t open chests. If I hit a villager the golems don’t attack. There’s probably more but I didn’t want to play anymore
